Personalized products

Most products are made specifically for your pet using the name, phone number, colour, design or other details you provide. Because personalized products cannot normally be resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind after production has started.

Incorrect customer information

Please carefully check your pet’s name, phone number, selected design, colour, size and other customization details before confirming. If an item is produced from the information submitted, we cannot provide a free replacement or refund for spelling mistakes, incorrect phone numbers or other customer-provided errors.

Our mistake

If we print or produce information differently from what you submitted, contact us as soon as possible. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a free replacement or refund.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Please provide:

• Your order number or order details
• A clear photo or video of the damaged or defective item
• A clear photo of the packaging, where applicable

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control. We will assist where reasonably possible.

Refund processing

Where approved, refunds are processed using an appropriate available payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider or bank.

Welcome to PawTags.lk. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

We sell customized and personalized products, including pet tags and related items. As many products are individually made, slight differences in colour, appearance, positioning, texture or finish may occur compared with photographs or digital previews. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

2. Personalized information

Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted personalization information is correct. Check names, telephone numbers, spelling, colours, designs and other selected options carefully before confirming. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

3. Orders

We may contact you if clarification is needed to complete an order. We may cancel an order if we cannot produce the requested item, payment cannot be confirmed where applicable, or information is incomplete or inappropriate. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

4. Prices

All website prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR/Rs.) unless stated otherwise. Product prices and delivery charges may change from time to time. The applicable price is the price shown or confirmed at order placement, subject to correction of obvious errors.

5. Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary by district, town and delivery location. Customers must provide accurate delivery details. If an incorrect area or charge is selected, we may contact the customer to correct the charge before dispatch.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered through selected courier or delivery partners. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed; delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for accurate contact and delivery details.

7. Failed delivery

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be sent again because of an incorrect address, inability to contact the customer, refusal without a valid reason, or another customer-caused delivery failure.

8. Returns & refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Change-of-mind returns or refunds are generally not available once personalized production has started.

9. Product use

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately. Pet tags and accessories should be checked regularly for wear or damage and replaced when necessary.

10. Website content

Product photographs, designs, graphics, text, branding and other PawTags.lk content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Sri Lankan law.
